Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing of Desktop/Mobile/Web apps.

- Hand on experience on integration of end points with Network management solutions like Solar winds, PRTG, Manage engine.
Skills & Competencies:
- Relevant working experience in NOC.
- OS and NMS configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Willing to provide L1 support for DC related operations.
- NMS related certifications will be preferred.
- Be able to work in night shifts and on rotation.
